El llenado del molde se puede realizar directamente sobre el piso (liso y a nivel) o empleando una mesa de trabajo. Para que el material no se adhiera, El molde se puede montar sobre papel de diario o una película de polietileno. Un detalle interesante: los diarios suelen quedan pegados al material durante años. En nuestro taller, cuando fabricábamos conejeras de ferrocemento (con perfiles metálicos soldados en vez de madera) colocábamos diarios con noticias nos interesaba dejar como testimonio histórico.
