la mitad del gas metano producido actualment en esta planta ya esta siendo utilizado



lo usa esta y otras 13 plantas ! y solo es el 20 % actual del gasto energetico de la plantas!



el articulo dice que para mantener los gastos de produccion de la otra mitad se necesitarian a corto plazo 500 millones de dolares (impuestos porsupuesto) anuales.. hasta volverse sustentables! algo. como las supervias en mexico.



No lo veo como la mejor opcion.. por lo menos no debe ser un ejemplo a seguir en paises como mexico . porque=?

Al parecer existe un gran debate en la comunidad cientifica en relacion a los impactos de produccion de biogas. Otros dicen que no es de importancia ya que cualquier metodo de tratamiento de residuos implica sus riesgos..

Houses, ovens, and gardens on the islands sit elevated on additional layers of totora. Bundled totora form mattresses and boats. Large mats of woven stalks cover the timber frames of the houses. The roof mats are of double thickness and lapped at the ridge line. I did notice a few bright blue tarps under some roof mats and plenty of PVs.

Interesantes desventajas del Biogas

Organic matter that is converted into gas is no longer availabel to produce humus, so there are reports from farmers that the soil is getting less and less producticve. Rich soil may be far more important that the relatively litte amount of gas. Composting expecially with earthworms and additon of some charcoal dust (can easily be made from straw, rice husks instead of the terrible burning) ideally plus stone dust can be far more beneficial with rising productivity for food and more biomass and is simple, too. At TUHH we are now working intensely of also composting urine and mixed excreta stabilised by lactofermenters together with woody wastes to make more soil as I want to work with ecolocical agriculture and not do industrial agriculture with addion of fast fertiliser. Biogas can be a threat for long term food security and you will have to pay for the gas with more and more fertiliser demand, less water reproduction, flooding through compacting soils.

there are dramatic problems with the masses of heavily subsidised biogas plants for food to energy producion where Clostridium botulinum is growing rapidly under anaerobic conditions producing the highly toxic substance, there are hundreds of farms where all milk cows are dying and the farmers are ruined, even they became ill sometimes. The reason are fodder fields that are fertilised with the sludge from the biogas plants. The very dangerouos botulinum toxin (misused by people who hate aging by paralysing nerves in the face thus turning it into a mask, then called botox) is only showing effect after many month so the effect is often not related to the cause. I used to be very positive towards biogas and have planned and built them, I will not do this anymore except for some industrial wastewaters. Maybe also for sanitation in areas where the soils are super humus rich already and botulism can be avoided safely.

Cold Dark Matter: An Exploded View

Cold Dark Matter began life as a garden shed filled with objects from her own and friends’ sheds and things bought at a car boot sale. She then asked the army to blow up the shed under very controlled conditions. The objects, along with the fragments of the shed, were collected and suspended in a closed room in an attempt to recreate the moment just after the explosion. The installation is lit with a single light-bulb at the very centre of the arrangement, casting shadows on the walls. The title gives us a whole new way of understanding the artwork, making us think of other dramatic moments of destruction and creation in the much wider universe.
